Our Story
Founded in June 2015, Chaand Minerals Pvt. Ltd. was born from a vision to bring scientific precision to Rajasthan's mineral processing industry. What started as a modest operation has grown into one of the region's most trusted names in Bajri and industrial-grade silica sand manufacturing.
Mr. Ram Singh
With over 30 years of hands-on expertise in mineral processing, workforce management, and local liaisoning, Mr. Ram Singh is the visionary behind Chaand Minerals.
His deep understanding of raw material characteristics and processing techniques led to the development of a proprietary sand processing system that is now widely adopted across Kotputli and Neem Ka Thana washeries.
Under his leadership, the company has established itself as a pioneer in scientific mineral processing, setting new standards for quality and consistency in the industry.

We offer two main product categories: Bajri (construction aggregate) and Industrial-Grade Silica Sand. Our silica sand is available in both wet-washed and dry-screened variants, suitable for foundry, pesticide, glass manufacturing, and infrastructure applications.
Our industrial-grade silica sand achieves up to 99% SiO₂ content with controlled fine particles, clay content, and iron (ppm) content. We can customize specifications based on your specific requirements.
Our combined production capacity across all three facilities is up to 15,000 Tonnes Per Month (TPM), with scalability options available to meet larger demands.
Yes, we provide custom sizing and specifications as per order requirements. Our advanced processing systems allow us to meet precise grain size distributions and quality parameters.
We hold ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), and IATF 16949:2016 (Automotive Quality Management) certifications. Our wet-washed variants have a moisture content of 4-5%. Dry material is also available on request for applications requiring dry sand.
